Invoicing for Greek businesses and their accountants. Every document reaches AADE myDATA the moment it is issued, and comes back with its ΜΑΡΚ and QR code.
Greek businesses report every invoice to AADE’s myDATA. Since decision Α.1112/2025, sending them through the REST API has to go through a licensed e-invoicing provider, so a small business has to arrange a provider on top of whatever it invoices with.
timologise.online holds the provider relationship itself. A business signs up, authorises us once in TaxisNet, and issues invoices that reach AADE as they are created.
What it does
Issue and transmit in one step. The ΜΑΡΚ and QR code come back from AADE and are stored exactly as received.
Series that never collide. A sequence number is never reused, not even after an import.
Import from eTimologio. Customers, items, series and issued documents come across from AADE’s own exports.
Both sides of the books. Retrieve what AADE holds for a business, including what its suppliers transmitted.
Send to the customer by email, with a PDF and a link they can open without an account.
Checks before sending. VAT numbers are verified against AADE’s registry, intra-EU ones against VIES.
How it’s built
Laravel and Vue, multi-tenant with a separate database per business: an accountant keeps the books of many, and none may ever see another’s rows.
Greek first, with every string in English too.
A REST API with a generated OpenAPI reference, which the Drupal Commerce and WooCommerce add-ons (in alpha) build on.
Status
timologise.online is in pre-release. It is our own product: we design, build and run it.
