Who we are
Future Spark runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: info@future-spark.eu.
Visiting the site
This site sets no cookies for visitors and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers: everything comes from our own server.
Like any web server, ours writes an access log for each request: your IP address, the page, the date and time, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and to count visits with AWStats, which runs on our server and shares nothing with anyone. Logs are kept for about six weeks and then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Emailing us
If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and, if we work together, for the engagement and our legal record-keeping. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
Sharing
We don’t sell or share personal data. Our web server and email are run by hosting providers who process it only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete or restrict it, and you can object to its processing. Email info@future-spark.eu. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your EU country.
